About Me
At a Glance

A dreamer, a man shaped by nature. My full name is Eka Awaludin, born in Majalengka on October 4, 1986. An ordinary man living an ordinary life, yet finding meaning in simple things. I cherish the outdoors, music, literature, photography, design, sports, Juventus, HTML and CSS, the quiet hush of early mornings, children’s laughter, and the warmth of my wife’s presence.

I reside in Maja, a small town resting at the foot of Mount Ciremai.

Life Phases
Childhood

From early childhood until I finished elementary school, I lived in the village of Mekarwangi.

My days were filled with play and wandering, kicking a football across dusty fields, spiking a volleyball beneath the open sky, flying kites that drifted with the wind, flicking marbles on the ground, trading picture cards, spinning wooden tops, and playing the old village games we cherished together. We rode our bicycles down narrow roads, fished for bogo and eels in muddy streams, searched for birds nests, and ventured into the woods to gather wild fruits.

These were the small adventures that colored my afternoons, shared with friends after school, simple moments that quietly shaped my childhood.

Life Phases
Adolescence

When I began junior high school, I moved to Blok Senin, in Maja Selatan. A few years later, as I entered senior high school, I moved again to Blok Kamis, in Maja Utara.

To this day, I still spend much of my time at my mother’s house there, in Blok Kamis, Maja Utara. It remains a place I return to often, a quiet anchor to the years that shaped me.

Life Phases
Adulthood

On January 12, 2019, I married a dear friend I had known since our junior high school days, Rinrin Ferdiani. What began as youthful companionship quietly grew into a lifelong promise.

Then, on May 30, 2021, our lives were graced with a beautiful daughter. We named her Bianca Aurora, a light who arrived like dawn and gently transformed our world.

Hobbies
Outdoors

To behold the sweep of green landscapes, to touch and feel the clarity of river water slipping through my fingers, to stand on a mountain peak and watch the clouds stretch endlessly below, to see the morning dew glisten beneath the first light of day, to walk through rain-season mornings wrapped in mist, to feel the gentle breath of the mountain breeze, to hear birdsong and the soft murmur of falling rain, to inhale the clean, living air, to bask in the warm and tender glow of early sunlight, and to linger in the hush of dusk as the summer sun sinks beyond the horizon, these are the quiet gifts of nature that steady my heart and make me feel whole again.

Hobbies
Literacy

I have always loved reading and writing. From elementary school through junior high, I often spent my time in the library, wandering between shelves and losing myself in storybooks and works of fiction. What I remember most vividly were the adventure tales of Karl May, especially Winnetou, Ketua Suku Apache, which carried me across the American frontier alongside Native tribes, and Di Pelosok-Pelosok Balkan, which followed his journeys through the distant, rugged lands of Europe. Those books felt like open windows to worlds far beyond my own.

During high school and university, I visited the library less often. Instead, I found simple pleasure in buying and reading sports newspapers and magazines.

My writing began modestly, with school notes and the quiet confessions of a diary. Now, I write whatever comes to mind on this blog, though only when inspiration arrives and the mood gently calls me to put thoughts into words.

Hobbies
Music

From childhood until now, music has always been my quiet companion. My love for it began in elementary school, when my parents bought me a Polytron radio cassette player. It felt like a small treasure, a doorway to sounds and songs that filled my life.

I would spend hours tuning in to radio stations that played pop and Malay melodies. Those songs became the soundtrack of my growing years. Even now, I still remember the bands I listened to back then, names and voices that have stayed with me, accompanying me from childhood into the present.
